A fine white film called a "bloom" will appear on all natural beeswax candles.  It is considered a desirable patina, but can be removed with a soft cloth.  

ATTENTION: On initial burn, be sure to burn until wax is melted to the edge of the candle.  Failure to do so will result in a thick "wall" of wax on all subsequent burns.  Trim wick only as needed.  Do not leave candle unattended!  Place on fireproof dish before burning.  Keep out of reach of children.
