Watermelon Jam

Watermelon Jam had a very good, clean, natural-tasting watermelon flavor to it.
I liked it except it was a little to thin / watery for my tastes. I like a thick jam on my toast. Perhaps I could find a different use of it. Does the honey make it thinner?
